Background and Experience

At Accenture France and then PwC Singapore, she supported her clients (senior executives and executive committees of multinationals with 10,000 to 200,000 employees) in large-scale cultural, organizational, and digital transformation programs, rethinking their global strategies and operations. These experiences gave her an in-depth understanding of the challenges facing international leaders.

Subsequently, as Director of Human Resources and member of the Executive Committee, she redefined the HR function and company culture by aligning well-being and performance across several countries – thus placing people at the heart of corporate objectives. This approach has enabled her to implement HR strategies that strengthen collaboration and organizational effectiveness.
