“As imagination created the world, it governs it” – Charles Baudelaire.
It is by exploring the imaginary, inviting travel, and encouraging the expansion of possibilities that Anne supports leaders in overcoming their obstacles and finding innovative solutions to address their challenges.
Passionate about art, she compares the talents of a leader to those of an artist : cultivating a strategic vision, taking risks and innovating, persevering and being resilient, and leaving a lasting mark.
In her coaching sessions, she encourages every leader to go beyond their limiting beliefs, envision their own goals and translate these into concrete and robust actions.
Background and Experience
Graduated in Financial Engineering, Anne spent over 15 years in market finance in product marketing, structuring, and project management.
After discovering the workings of the “Livret A” at the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, she joined trading rooms where she created the first guaranteed funds eligible for PEA, which became essential in all French banking networks and greatly contributed to the company’s profitability.
Anne then turned to the development of banking internationally and learned, with the 2008 financial crisis, that “to do and undo is work.”
From 2013, she reoriented herself towards human resources by training in corporate coaching and gaining experience in two types of environments:
- Internally : as a recruitment consultant and later as HR Director supporting managers and entity leaders.
- Externally : with young people in reorientation and in the solidarity sector.
Thanks to her responsibilities as an operational team manager and then as HR Director, she acquired:
- A deep understanding of organizations, relationships, and human behaviors.
- Expertise in deploying strategic projects and supporting transformations.
- Agility in interacting within multiple cross-functional ecosystems.
Pratique de Sparring Partner
Drawing on her HR expertise and strategic insights, she now supports leaders in both operational issues—such as communication, posture, and impact—and strategic matters.
She encourages them to become more aware and responsible for their impact on their ecosystem.
Each coaching session provides a space for exploration, enabling leaders to take a step back, make clear decisions, and dare to confront challenges.
Anne believes in collective intelligence and also facilitates workshops to develop group cohesion and/or deepen managerial practices.
Personal Balance Mother of four daughters at the start of their careers, Anne is particularly attuned to the delicate balance between personal fulfillment and professional success.
Anne conducts her coaching in both French and English.
