Background and Experience
Educated in the United States (MBA from New York University) and in France (double degree in Law and Economics at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne), Franz has 30 years of international experience in strategic development, acquired worldwide in multiple B2B sectors (professional events, technology, media) and within
organizations of different varying size and nature.
Over the course of his career, Franz has developed a strong expertise in project management (launching new products, services or international events). He has also had the opportunity to lead acquisition projects, to set up and manage subsidiaries of technology companies and to work closely with business leaders while serving as board member of different organizations.
Self-employed since 2014, Franz is both an Executive Coach and Strategy and an Organization Consultant within multiple professional organizations. He is also a lecturer and mentor for startups for various business schools.
Experience as a Sparring Partner
Consulting and coaching are two professions that have their own distinctive features, but which offer valuable synergies when combined. In his consultancy work, Franz has carried out assignments involving transformations in human organization or process changes, in the context of mergers or acquisitions. This has led him to focus in supporting leaders and their teams through change.
Through active listening, pertinent questioning and open dialogue, Franz strives to stimulate reflection, generate awareness, trigger relevant action and obtain the alignment of individual and collective visions in order to achieve objectives
In addition, Franz designs and runs workshops aimed at developing team spirit or at optimizing collaboration and communication to improve collective performance.
