Professional experience
As a consultant with Accenture France and then PwC Singapore, she led multi-million euro transformation programs for her clients, rethinking their global operations and strategies, hand-in-hand with executive committees. These experiences gave her a deep understanding of the challenges facing international leaders.
Subsequently, as Director of Human Resources and member of the Executive Committee, she redefined this function by placing people at the heart of corporate objectives, aligning well-being and performance across fifteen countries. This approach has enabled her to transform HR strategies into practices that strengthen collaboration and organizational effectiveness.
Sparring Partner Experience
Héloïse’s experience as an HR director and strategy and organization consultant gives her a unique perspective on her role as coach and sparring partner. She guides leaders and their teams through complex challenges, helping them to develop effective strategies and strengthen group cohesion.
