Background and Experience
Trilingual with over 18 years of experience in advising executives, Rouba Leroi has developed specialized expertise in diverse economic sectors. Her professional journey, marked by responsibilities in international companies, demonstrates her ability to support leaders in complex and demanding environments.
Rouba began her career as a Risk Analyst at BPCE International. This experience refined her understanding of the complex dynamics within large organizations, leading her to advise the bank’s CEO on managing international risks in key regions such as the MENA zone.
Afterwards, still within the BPCE group, she advised CEOs and CFOs of large companies on banking support policies for restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. This phase was crucial in strengthening her ability to translate strategic issues into concrete actions, a skill she now applies to the leaders she supports.
Later, as Group Risk Manager and Director of Internal Audit within the Inter Invest group, Rouba continued to advise top management levels, contributing to the creation and implementation of critical departments such as internal audit. Her advisory role to the President and the COMEX was instrumental in structuring risk management and compliance processes.

Rouba combines her strategic consulting expertise with coaching to support her clients through complex challenges. She helps them develop effective strategies and strengthen team cohesion.
Her coaching practice is grounded in an approach focused on emotional intelligence and performance, offering comprehensive individual support tailored to her clients’ needs. She also leads collective intelligence and group transformation management workshops, notably for multinationals, demonstrating her ability to mobilize internal resources within organizations to align them with their strategic objectives.
