“As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.” Marianne Williamson

Helping men and women, who are the lifeblood of organizations, to shine by revealing their potential; enabling them to radiate, inspire, and contribute to a more fulfilling and, consequently, more effective professional world: this ambition led Sarah to become a sparring partner for executives and leadership teams, after studying science and engineering and building a career in finance and industry.

Background and Experience

Sarah is a partner at Praesta. She holds degrees from École Polytechnique and ENSAE Paris. She began her career as a financial engineer specializing in project finance, responsible for structuring and negotiating the financing of major infrastructure and energy projects. She then moved into senior management roles in the banking sector, followed by a position as Head of Financing for a leading industrial player in renewable energy.

Convinced of the crucial role of human factors in the success of projects and organizations, and thus the importance of personal development, she made a career shift in 2013 by joining the Executive Education team at École Polytechnique, where she led certification and degree programs.

In 2018, she became a sparring partner for executives after training as a professional coach, specializing in supporting leaders from scientific backgrounds. Her academic background, professional experience, and coaching training allow her to speak the language of her clients and quickly understand their challenges.

Experience as a Sparring Partner

Sarah helps executive clients better navigate their responsibilities and increase their impact by refocusing on what truly matters. In the face of daily pressures and urgencies, her coaching sessions provide a space for renewal and exploration, where it becomes possible to take a step back, clarify one’s vision, and make clear decisions and tailored actions, all while connecting to one’s inner compass. These moments of reflection serve as a valuable anchor for executives, allowing them to reclaim their ability to act and transform their environment.

Sarah also supports executive teams, helping them create the conditions needed to become a more aligned and effective collective, which in turn becomes a powerful lever for mobilization and transformation across the organization.
